Over the past two decades, Napoleon and Tabitha Dumo—collectively known as Nappytabs—have become one of the most influential creative forces in live entertainment.

They first rose to prominence as choreographers, earning four Emmy nominations and two wins, before expanding into producing and directing, where they garnered additional Emmy nominations for Outstanding Variety Special, including their work on the Grammy Awards. Most recently, they took home an Emmy for Disney’s Holiday Special, further cementing their versatility across formats.

As Executive Producers, their credits include World of Dance and the championship season of America's Best Dance Crew. They have also served as Co-Executive Producers on major global broadcasts including the Grammy Awards, MTV Movie Awards, Dancing With Myself, Mobbed, Boy Band, and Taraji's White Hot Holidays.

Their work has reached the world’s biggest stages—from two Super Bowl Halftime Show performances alongside Jennifer Lopez and Madonna, to the Academy Awards and the Grammy Awards—shaping culture at the highest level.

In the world of performance-driven television, Nappytabs have been defining voices behind some of the most iconic franchises, serving as creative directors for American Idol, The Voice, America's Got Talent, So You Think You Can Dance, and major live broadcasts including the MTV Video Music Awards, American Music Awards, and Billboard Music Awards.
