SHIPPING & HANDLING

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most in-stock items shipping within three (3) business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.  We currently ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays only.

POST OFFICE BOXES

Orders sent to PO boxes can only be sent via USPS priority mail. Expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes.

BACKORDERS

You will be notified by email of items on backorder and their expected delivery date. Please allow 3-4 weeks for backorders. Items ordered together may not be shipped together.

LOST PASSWORD

If you have forgotten your password for your log in to your account, please click on the button for "Email Me My Password" under the Account tab and your password will be sent to you via email.

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

TAX POLICY

Nappytabs Online collects sales or use tax in the state of California.  Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. Please note: Prices shown are in U.S. dollars only.

EXCHANGES

EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY

Please download and complete the Merchandise Exchange Form for all exchanges. Download Here. Returns will be refused if they do not include this form.

Your satisfaction is our top priority.  Therefore, Nappytabs fully warranties all our products against manufacture defect (described as any defect not caused by improper use or handling).  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Nappytabs purchase, please promptly return it within ten (10) days, and we will gladly exchange it for a product of your choice or merchandise credit. No questions, no hassles.  That's our promise.  Sorry, we do not offer refunds.  Items returned after 10 days and up to 30 days are subject to a $4.95 reshipping/restocking fee.   Any merchandise returned after 30 days will be refused.  Postage and handling charges are non-refundable.   All items must have the original Nappytabs tag still attached and must be in resellable condition.   Soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items may not be returned.  Nappytabs reserves the right to refuse any exchanges not meeting any or all of these requirements. It is recommended that you use a shipping method that has a tracking option, such as UPS, for your return.  Nappytabs is not responsible for items lost during shipping.
